The campaign filed petitions today with the Franklin County Board of Elections.  John Sowers will be on the ballot as a candidate for the 25th House District.
 
“After months of talking with the residents of the 25th District about their ideas and hopes for the state, I am excited to be entering this new stage of the campaign.  The 25th District has always been my home and it would be an honor to represent the hard-working people of Columbus.”

The 25th district has always been my home. Growing up on Columbus’s Westside in the 1970s was a great experience. The values I have learned growing up in this pragmatic community provided me with a foundation that emphasized personal responsibility, self reliance, and compassion.

These values have served me well.  Living in this district gives me an understanding of the needs, concerns and issues facing my hardworking neighbors as well as all Ohioans; issues such as:

• Budget Deficits
• Job Loss
• Foreclosures
• Educational Funding

• Health Care
